Indiana Personal Injury Attorney
My name is Steve Willsey, and for over 23 years I have devoted my law practice to representing people injured through the negligence of others. The fundamental philosophy of my practice is to treat each client the way I would want to be treated if I were injured by a third party. Since 1983, I have represented over 2,000 injured victims.

Indianapolis Personal Injury Lawyer
It is important to me that I am personally involved in every case. Because of this, I limit the number of cases I take. Over the years, I have learned that recovery for my clients is maximized only after a lawsuit is filed and depositions have been taken. Often a case will not settle until trial is near, and thus most cases involve a substantial amount of work to maximize the compensation a client will receive.
I am well respected in the legal community as evidenced by my AV-rating* under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system. I am active in my community and have spent many years coaching youth sports in the Center Grove area. In the 1980s, I was a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where my job duties included locating and apprehending bank robbers and other fugitives.
I provide representation for all serious personal injury claims, including the following:
- Car accidents
- Trucking accidents
- Trucking company liability
- Motorcycle accidents
- Wrongful death
- Traumatic injuries
- Injured by a drunk driver
- Uninsured/underinsured motorists
- Injuries to passengers and children
