I had never had to use a Personal Injury Lawyer before. I got Steven E. Willsey's name from a family friend. She hadn't had any experience with him, but trusted her friend's reference and gave me the name when i was in a car accident... I told myself i wasn't going to hire the 1st attorney i went to, well after sitting down and meeting Steven from the 1st time, that was out... Like i said, i didn't know much about personal laywers, but i liked his story about his family, and there history in law and just seem to be a down to earth guy... So i signed the papers to hire Steven before leaving his office.. He was very informal on what to expect. My case was solved in 8 months and i didn't do much for my case. Steven, his lovely daughter Kelly, and his staff was great. I was kept informed on everything that was going on with my case. If i called they took the time to answer any questions i had.. Willsey Law firm worked on my personal injury claim against a companies dump truck that rear ended me and totaling my car, dealing with elbow/arm surgery along with my unemployment loss benefits.
Steve and Kaley communicated with the insurance company at fault and the 3 lien holders that were involved with my accident to gain me the best qualifying settlement to my benefit.

But I had to for Steve, my experience working with Steve was beyond any words could express. He and his team, are extremely efficient in dealing with insurance cases.
They are very professional in their work ethics, and make sure you have that peace of mind, while dealing with stressful situation of insurance settlements.
